This voucher is valid 48 hours after purchase, for 12 months.

Terms and conditions


This voucher is valid 48 hours after purchase, for 12 months.

This voucher features a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption. This voucher is non transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Photocopies will not be accepted and all bookings must be made in advance. Please note that gift vouchers do not guarantee a reservation. Bookings can be made 30 days in advance at the times of 12noon Monday to Sunday, and 5pm Monday to Friday. At all other times, The WUSAR is walk-in only.


CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: Gift vouchers purchased during our closure will be valid for an additional 6 months, and will be honoured after to reopening.

Important information


7-day support service is applied to coupons sent by e-mail or SMS, coupons are saved with Secure QR Code and fraud is prevented.

If we send an email where a mailbox is full, a server is down, or firewalls are in place, the email may be delayed or undeliverable. Some workplace email addresses will be subject to firewall restrictions and some email servers may send the coupon to spam/junk folders. If you have not received your coupon, please check it before contacting us.

Gift Coupons and Gift Boxes are shipped same day if ordered by 12 noon Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Printing, Postage and Packaging charges will apply.

All gifts are shipped by 1st Class Mail or International Airmail. Please note that during these unprecedented times Royal Mail is working hard to collect, process and deliver mail from the UK. However, despite all their efforts, some disruption is likely to occur in parts of the country due to Coronavirus-related absences at local postal centers or delivery offices. Please do not inquire about the delivery status of your gift before 10 working days have passed.
